I mean, stream it, then on the last frame put in some action script {gotoAndPlay("Scene 1",2);} to make the movie play rom the first frame. Works for me.

I think its both the looping internet connection. i have poop internet but a computer capable of running Oblivion on full graphics, but alas it STILL gets out of sync after the loop.
