The most successful work in Flash comes from those who learn to combine FBF with tweening (Flash just isn't equipped to deal with hardcore FBF anyway without the artist swimming in complications). Of course, to learn one fully, you've gotta liberate yourself from the other.
Keep up the FBF practice and I'm sure you'll separate yourself from the tweening stigma that haunts plenty of artists around here.
It's not much of a stigma really. These days I mostly just use it for head and camera movement, apart from the times I really feel like being lazy.

You have some skills! It's a bit confusing storyline-wise but for the actual animation of it - NICELY DONE!
Well it did originally have a part with the little guy running away, but I cut that part out due to time issues. (That, and I probably suck at walk cycles)
I think you should learn how to draw before making something as complex as traditional animation; this was way too simplistic.
I was hoping there was gonna be drawing classes. :/
